What we call ”comfort zone” are the limits defined by our daily life. This comfort zone is made up of habits we get into as time goes by. But these habits soon turn into limitations. In order to really change your existence, you will need to get out of your comfort zone. If you don’t, the needed transformations will be difficult to initiate.

The same goes for everybody. It is hard not to get into habits, or even create some sort of routine in life. Admittedly, this routine often generates a reassuring feeling but it can also quickly turn into a prison made of invisible walls in which you end up going round in circles.

As time goes by and as you learn lessons from your successes or failures, you accumulate certainties. They often become the foundations on which you build your life.

The accumulation of ideas derived from our experience and our childhood gradually form the base of our state of mind. Unconsciously or not, our state of mind causes us to make decisions and behave in the way we do. We often end up hiding behind the certainties that lie at the root of our living conditions.

As we grow older, we set up invisible limits around us – without realising it… and the more time goes by, the less we dare go beyond these limits!

This attitude is very widespread and understandable but it can turn out to be a genuine trap, one that could imprison you within invisible walls if you do not question some of your certainties.

How to see these invisible walls?

There are several ways to realise invisible walls are enclosing you but two of them are particularly recommended: observing your behaviour every day and putting your beliefs to the test in real life.

1.   Observing your behaviour in real life

To check whether you find yourself in an invisible prison, the first effective method you need to use merely consists in observing yourself every day.  

Here is how to proceed. It is simple: starting today, or as soon as possible, observe what is going on in your life and simply write down the principles and ideas you make use of to deal with the situations that come your way.

For a week or two, focus on this observation task. Perform it objectively. During this period, write the ideas you used to solve your problems and improve your life, regardless of the area (your enrichment, your emotional life and luck in general).

Write them down in a notebook along with the principles you apply every day of your life.

Do not judge the results of your actions, whether they are good or bad. Only write the principles used and the results derived from your actions.

2.   Putting your beliefs to the test

After a week or two (it’s up to you to decide), take your notebook and analyse the results.

See the ideas that helped you derive the most benefits. Those that helped you get richer, improve your life and be luckier.

Draw up another list containing those that did not bring you any benefit or even those that were detrimental to you.

Put the former into practice and avoid the latter. Adopt more ideas that are designed to change your life!

“Why do we have brakes in a car”?

Varied answers were received, like,

  1. “To stop”,
  2. “To reduce speed”,
  3. “To avoid collision” etc.,

but the best answer was, “To enable you to drive faster”

Give it a thought. It’s true but seldom such smart out of box thinking is done, much less appreciated. For a moment assume you have no brakes in your car then how fast will you drive your car?! It’s because of brakes that we can dare to accelerate, dare to go fast and reach destinations we desire.

At various points in life, we find our parents,teachers, mentors & friends etc. questioning your progress, direction or decision. We consider them as irritants or consider such inquiries as “brakes” to our ongoing work. But, remember, it’s because of such questions (read periodical brakes) that you have managed to reach where you are today. Without brakes, you could have skid, lost direction or gone astray or met with an unfortunate accident !!!. Learn to appreciate the ‘brakes’ in your life. Use them wisely…

Everyday starts with smile. If day start with happy mood, whole day you enjoy in same mood. To cook Food, recipe is must and proportion of contents must be likewise. While Enjoying food, thinking about its ingredients or about surrounding nature also makes you mood.

In morning think about that single day you began with full of smile, you will get loving sunshine. There are several kinda of people you met in life, either for search of your need or theirs or purpose of socialism, no one is kind here in world. World is High to understand and to reach the peak. So Whats recipe of life? Its combination of several your mood switching your happiness, your sorrow, your depression, your tension and importantly your patience to achieve your desire. All these moods (nature) are building blocks or ingredients to build your own life. To construct first floor, ground floor is important, so you can construct highest building of your life! One of important step in life can move or give path of life.

Being philosophical, certain people in life, supporting you or not is not much as important that you support yourself or not or you are first to take any decision.

You just Enjoy what you like, Sports, hobby, study, music, reading, anything can change your mood, your day, your bad patch in life. You only rebuild yourself and yours thoughts can build yourself from inside. Be positive.

Certain stages in life never recover, due to that we lag somewhere. But every dig we can be filled and reconstruct our life. Just keep time lag behind. The therapy you got about life during lagging period is essential! Healing is solution. Prevention is better than cure, somewhere we make our-self safe sometimes cure is just within. Self appraisal is best appraisal than others appraising you for anything in Life. In a same way, you nourish your own plant …..

Now recipe can  be complete and tasty only when ingredients are in proportion and in time . Likewise switching of your own mood or immediate reaction about any situation depends on you only!

How you change yourself, controlling your own moods, is important because changing other people’s nature is not in your hand!

Life is not built in a Day

Taking a look at the past may influence your current life and even define the outline of your future. How is it possible? Let’s use a simple analogy.

The man and his house

A man is like a house that is being built step by step during a lifetime. Just like a house, he needs strong foundations. When they are strong, the walls can be built before the roof is constructed!

Constructing the roof before the walls or building walls on shaky foundations would not occur to anyone.

There is a time and place for everything…

The same goes for human beings. They need to shape their personality step by step and take things in the right order to avoid crumbling down someday, to know who they are, what their personality is and experience success and happiness.

The building of the foundations of a house can be compared to the shaping of a child’s personality. The construction of the walls corresponds to the consolidation of the character and the installation of the roof corresponds to the time when the age of reason is reached.

Once all the construction steps have been carried out, the state of the house needs to be regularly checked to make sure everything is in order, nothing is damaged and nothing is threatening to collapse.

Also, when someone has reached maturity, they need to use the experience they acquired during their childhood and adolescence to consolidate their life as an adult and serenely grow old!

 

A logical continuation: the past, the present and the future

As a result, a Man needs to use his past to build his present and foresee the future under the best conditions.

The events and hardships of the past and must be remembered so that the same mistakes are not made again because they will only lead to the same deadlocks. Ordeals are there to help you progress if you can learn lessons from them.

It is important to turn the past into the foundations of your life in order to build your personal house: your life. You always need to forge ahead.

Take advantage of the experience you acquired to avoid making the same mistakes and make use you of what you learned in the past to turn them to your advantage.

Courage in LIFE

One of the main qualities in life is to follow your path with courage. You can never choose the easy way out when you want to lead the life of your dreams. This is an unavoidable truth.

Following your own path

You have to keep in mind that, if you want to reach your goals in life, you need to summon all your courage in order to overcome the obstacles that cross the path of those who are bold enough to get off the beaten track and follow their own path.

Admittedly, you can be sheltered from the main obstacles that may come cross the path of the bold ones if you merely follow the beaten track but life would not have the same taste, the one it should have. It would lack passion and spice!

Of course, those who lead their lives with courage have to face problems but these problems are hard to avoid anyway. Nobody can avoid them. What matters is that you find solutions to your problems.

Courage to take full advantage of life

Courage is not just about accomplishing feats that will be worth mentioning in history books, feats that will be known the world over. There are many courageous people in world, many more than you think. But no one will ever hear about them!

Since we often hear about those who accomplish great feats, whether these feats involve technology, sports, warriors, humanists, we get a wrong image of what courage is.

You can be courageous by resisting the things some try to impose on you in your daily life, by rejecting conventional thinking, by trying to build your life, even if it does not involve great feats. Everyone can do that in their own humble way.

Doing some self-analysis, not accepting your life if it does not satisfy you and trying to change it require a great deal of courage. Once it is part of your life, courage is everywhere in your endeavours!

It is said that laughing is part of Man and that it is essential to lead a successful life. Admittedly, everyone likes to laugh, have fun, and party but laughing can also turn into mockery.

Can we laugh about anything?

This is a question that is often asked: “can we laugh about anything?” And the answer is both yes and no.

We can laugh about anything since there is no limit to laughing and since everything can make us laugh or just smile.

The only limit is simple: when laughing becomes synonymous with demeaning, ridiculing, hurting, humiliating people… it goes beyond its very own limits.

Once these limits are set, limits that should be obvious furthermore, it is up to you to decide whether you can laugh at yourself and, therefore, do some self-analysis.

It is indeed easy to make fun of others but it is also a kind way of emphasizing something they should change in the way they talk or act. Everyone can do that.

Laugh at yourself

The hardest part is to laugh at yourself! This is not easy but so gratifying! I would even say that it is a sign of wisdom and humility.

Laughing at yourself is a way of not taking yourself seriously and looking on the bright side of life. This does not mean that you should make fun of your shortcomings but that you should put life and events into perspective, without thinking the world revolves around you.

Also, laughing at yourself consists in analyzing what is happening in a casual – not grave – way and making the most of this experience whether good or bad comes from it.

Laughing at yourself enables you to play down the significance of some situations and avoid attaching too much importance to things that are not significant so you can attach importance to those that really matter!
