What we call ”comfort zone” are the limits defined by our daily life. This comfort zone is made up of habits we get into as time goes by. But these habits soon turn into limitations. In order to really change your existence, you will need to get out of your comfort zone. If you don’t, the needed transformations will be difficult to initiate.

The same goes for everybody. It is hard not to get into habits, or even create some sort of routine in life. Admittedly, this routine often generates a reassuring feeling but it can also quickly turn into a prison made of invisible walls in which you end up going round in circles.

As time goes by and as you learn lessons from your successes or failures, you accumulate certainties. They often become the foundations on which you build your life.

The accumulation of ideas derived from our experience and our childhood gradually form the base of our state of mind. Unconsciously or not, our state of mind causes us to make decisions and behave in the way we do. We often end up hiding behind the certainties that lie at the root of our living conditions.

As we grow older, we set up invisible limits around us – without realising it… and the more time goes by, the less we dare go beyond these limits!

This attitude is very widespread and understandable but it can turn out to be a genuine trap, one that could imprison you within invisible walls if you do not question some of your certainties.

How to see these invisible walls?

There are several ways to realise invisible walls are enclosing you but two of them are particularly recommended: observing your behaviour every day and putting your beliefs to the test in real life.

1.   Observing your behaviour in real life

To check whether you find yourself in an invisible prison, the first effective method you need to use merely consists in observing yourself every day.  

Here is how to proceed. It is simple: starting today, or as soon as possible, observe what is going on in your life and simply write down the principles and ideas you make use of to deal with the situations that come your way.

For a week or two, focus on this observation task. Perform it objectively. During this period, write the ideas you used to solve your problems and improve your life, regardless of the area (your enrichment, your emotional life and luck in general).

Write them down in a notebook along with the principles you apply every day of your life.

Do not judge the results of your actions, whether they are good or bad. Only write the principles used and the results derived from your actions.

2.   Putting your beliefs to the test

After a week or two (it’s up to you to decide), take your notebook and analyse the results.

See the ideas that helped you derive the most benefits. Those that helped you get richer, improve your life and be luckier.

Draw up another list containing those that did not bring you any benefit or even those that were detrimental to you.

Put the former into practice and avoid the latter. Adopt more ideas that are designed to change your life!

“Why do we have brakes in a car”?

Varied answers were received, like,

  1. “To stop”,
  2. “To reduce speed”,
  3. “To avoid collision” etc.,

but the best answer was, “To enable you to drive faster”

Give it a thought. It’s true but seldom such smart out of box thinking is done, much less appreciated. For a moment assume you have no brakes in your car then how fast will you drive your car?! It’s because of brakes that we can dare to accelerate, dare to go fast and reach destinations we desire.

At various points in life, we find our parents,teachers, mentors & friends etc. questioning your progress, direction or decision. We consider them as irritants or consider such inquiries as “brakes” to our ongoing work. But, remember, it’s because of such questions (read periodical brakes) that you have managed to reach where you are today. Without brakes, you could have skid, lost direction or gone astray or met with an unfortunate accident !!!. Learn to appreciate the ‘brakes’ in your life. Use them wisely…

Your five fingers

Five fingers of your hand what actually it has its own importance.If your one finger may cut or during driving it may injured it recovers it takes time likewise five points in life first finger is your perception(approach) towards task second middle finger is your efforts towards task or gathering information needed for that task or to be educate ,aware to do task,third finger is your willingness ,your hope , when you realized that’s very tough stage you decide that into parts and fourth finger is to stop others who demotivate you to do task ,last not but least your thumb fifth finger is your gear your speed or speed up your brain or your understanding level to the point where nobody can receive such signals they needed antenna like you.be antenna of yourself like your behavior,your nature,your sincere efforts ,how you run your shoes towards your dream.when these all fingers together simple life never tease you.somebody says when you point one finger towards anyone rest fingers on your side but what exactly you give importance to which finger and for what that you should rest author plan always worked and they can reach their thoughts/views by writing with pointing finger.your pencil can write one sentence but it reads thousands of people .sometimes a single thought can work out anything may be any big thing.so Just think about yourself and focus ,life itself truely motivated if our pointing finger-approach is right direction and perpendicular with your understanding level.that’s set!!

A Bridge in Life

According to newtons law opposite poles attract each other and same pole repel each other likewise which things we don’t want in life which are exactly against to mindset and expectations then a bridge is created  between expectation and mindset.and in this bridge our expectations lags behind ,suffering starts..what we are living really we want to live this lifestyle? everything happening accordingly what is already written for our future and present of need .Things in life are like characters on stage plays their role.Change  in  entire future life is learning and optimism .Being serious and  just listening  you seniors as to change on that thing is not in our hand.To make change and to understand the change in life and bring positive behind every task is necessity.

The whole universe chease to achieve money and just to complete desires,and its need to fullfill the lifestyle.But what’s this bridge then……sometimes somewhere we want to achieve  one thing thats only wish ..just example if you want strawberry basket it is not available in nearby shop you run towards other where it gets . likewise you run towards goal like fruit and efforts is that way running towards shop where you get stawberry then may  that way is complex like fuzzy logic you cannot draw set and subset of your wishesh being awareness ,sincerity and logic behind your need and your thoughts turned into action thats the hope.The bridge between you and your hope or desire make you supeiror through your experiences .

To complete any thing it may your dream ,your willingness,awareness ,thinking power ,your efforts can complete bridge,it name simplies conjunction between two points.train can run move fast on bridge than when it passes through tunnel same when there is no focus or spotlight on what you achieve there will no lifegame possible

Everyday starts with smile. If day start with happy mood, whole day you enjoy in same mood. To cook Food, recipe is must and proportion of contents must be likewise. While Enjoying food, thinking about its ingredients or about surrounding nature also makes you mood.

In morning think about that single day you began with full of smile, you will get loving sunshine. There are several kinda of people you met in life, either for search of your need or theirs or purpose of socialism, no one is kind here in world. World is High to understand and to reach the peak. So Whats recipe of life? Its combination of several your mood switching your happiness, your sorrow, your depression, your tension and importantly your patience to achieve your desire. All these moods (nature) are building blocks or ingredients to build your own life. To construct first floor, ground floor is important, so you can construct highest building of your life! One of important step in life can move or give path of life.

Being philosophical, certain people in life, supporting you or not is not much as important that you support yourself or not or you are first to take any decision.

You just Enjoy what you like, Sports, hobby, study, music, reading, anything can change your mood, your day, your bad patch in life. You only rebuild yourself and yours thoughts can build yourself from inside. Be positive.

Certain stages in life never recover, due to that we lag somewhere. But every dig we can be filled and reconstruct our life. Just keep time lag behind. The therapy you got about life during lagging period is essential! Healing is solution. Prevention is better than cure, somewhere we make our-self safe sometimes cure is just within. Self appraisal is best appraisal than others appraising you for anything in Life. In a same way, you nourish your own plant …..

Now recipe can  be complete and tasty only when ingredients are in proportion and in time . Likewise switching of your own mood or immediate reaction about any situation depends on you only!

On every white page there is black dot ,see what you are looking towards sheet is it clean or sheet having dots that is what .Fear means forget everything and run or face everything and rise .As every edge has some lower level and higher level technically we have to adjust in between two edges. Rest everything is about to mind game!!!!

When we are achieving something or we are losing something…life should be balanced. Learning should be optimistic .learning is not depend on any citeria , we are facing anything that is what is we are learning something. If you fail You can guide. If you pass you can go ahead .Struggle is step value either step rise or fall..life should be balance..Regression is key for escape from race (running)..Either run or take pause that does not mean you are fail .we should be try until you get what you desire!

Approach should be positive whatever phase comes .battery never goes down it should be stable mode .whatever you are ,its only because of your own. Personality, its mind game…either you are imaging what you are or you are just dreaming what you want to be.

Those who never get support does not mean to be they are not tackling…either they win themselves because its very easy to defeat someone and hard to win someone.
