A Step Towards Learning Life !

A Step Towards Learning Life !

Life should be constructive, optimistic and loving and cheerful…it does not depend on path of life!!!

The path of life should be determined. The goal should be fixed in particular life period so what we want to achieve should be fixed. The honesty ,sincere  ,and politeness in your work lead your challenges in  that period as it determine your nature ,behavior with your friends ,colleagues ,relatives and many more people in the surrounding world which was or will with you.Creating your own world with your likes, things and clothes which you like …can build up your confidence level..Being part of some group that does not mean you are there you are mentally absent , just being    there does not mean you are there.

You are Doing What you don’t like still you are suffering that mean you are losing the part of @life@.Patience tells you are learning from your experience, your past and your Failure and you prepare for next stage in life which will come!!

Dividing your goal and assertiveness into some segments that you mean to be achieve in that particular period .Being mature, and understanding surrounding world that  does not  lead you what you understand yourself inside. that mean to be your own life

Certain Fragments of your desire makes fruit. Since from age when you understand what you want and what you got…your goal should be set of your achievements and building blocks of your future. Sometimes something are not getting you on time that does not mean you are fail you can learn from that thing …being positive and assertive mean to be perfect .Not just Winning people you win World If You win yourself You win everything!

Approach

Approach

On every white page there is black dot ,see what you are looking towards sheet is it clean or sheet having dots that is what .Fear means forget everything and run or face everything and rise .As every edge has some lower level and higher level technically we have to adjust in between two edges. Rest everything is about to mind game!!!!

When we are achieving something or we are losing something…life should be balanced. Learning should be optimistic .learning is not depend on any citeria , we are facing anything that is what is we are learning something. If you fail You can guide. If you pass you can go ahead .Struggle is step value either step rise or fall..life should be balance..Regression is key for escape from race (running)..Either run or take pause that does not mean you are fail .we should be try until you get what you desire!

Approach should be positive whatever phase comes .battery never goes down it should be stable mode .whatever you are ,its only because of your own. Personality, its mind game…either you are imaging what you are or you are just dreaming what you want to be.

Those who never get support does not mean to be they are not tackling…either they win themselves because its very easy to defeat someone and hard to win someone.

Be optimist in life….to achieve your desire…because mind game can make ensure you with your

health hazards.so a positive wave can overlapping falling edges….!!!

In What phase you are living its due to you only ,not because of others .Don’t blame or ditch .yes there is part of luck………….but its mean to be a lot! But your Effort and your willingness about to win and being Happy in every phase not be depressed learn to achieve and earn to get desire!

Friutfulness behind every task plays vital role that is moral

Dare

It often happens that we do not dare take action because we fear failure. This legitimate fear sometimes hides another one: the fear of being ridiculed and the fear of not being up to it. But this fear is honourable.

Let me reassure you: this is something we all have in common!

Fearing ridicule

Fearing ridicule is a proof of cleverness and great sensitivity. These two qualities honour the person who has them.

But let me ask you not to fear ridicule when you act in a positive and generous manner for your own good or that of others.

When you act this way, you are never ridiculous. First of all: ridiculous in whose eyes? In such cases, you are not ridiculous in absolute terms but you often feel ridiculous in the eyes of one person or several people!

When this happens, you need to ask yourself: “I feel ridiculous but why and compared to whom?”

Personal story

This reminds me of an anecdote. One day, I met someone who kept acting and succeeding in life. This person was successful in everything he undertook: business and emotional life. He was in good health and everything he touched turned into gold!

On that day, I asked him where this inner force of his, this courage to undertake things and this stream of success were coming from.

He looked at me, smiled and said in a both firm and soft voice:

“I am successful because, when I was a child, I did not dare take action out of shyness and because I feared ridicule. One day, as I was having classes, everything fell into place.

One morning, I took my courage in my hands and I asked a question the teacher a question related to something I did not understand! My question caused about half a dozen of pupils to start laughing.

First, I felt humiliated. I blushed and I would have hidden beneath the ground if I could.

Daring to act is forging ahead in life

Then, I do not know what came over me. All of a sudden, I became full of confidence, which had never happened before, and I asked those who laughed at me whether they knew the solution to my question.

They all looked at me and said they did not know it. That is when I had a revelation: it turned out that I had felt ridiculous in the eyes of people who were not worth it! Clever people would have written the answer down and would never have made fun of me. Quite the contrary, they would have thanked me!”

So, when you fear ridicule, ask yourself: “compared to what?” This will give you the strength to undertake things and you will experience success.

Conquering Faults in Me!

When engaged in conversation – either with friends, during an interview – or when you do some soul-searching –, it often happens that our qualities and defaults are broached… This is a very instructive practice.

Qualities that do some good

Describing our qualities is something we willingly do most of the time. Either we talk for hours about them or we describe them in a more humble manner in order to avoid boasting. It is all a matter of character!

In fact, whether we do not dare talk about them, whether we tacitly speak about them or whether we extensively mention them (some people do so), we often derive some sort of pleasure.

Most people sometimes feel satisfied when they talk about themselves. Others become extremely loquacious and never stop mentioning themselves unless we stop them!
It is true that thinking about our qualities is a great exercise, one that enables us to take stock of who we are. Being well aware of our resources can help us regain self-confidence.

Shortcomings to know

However, when the time comes to mentioning shortcomings, many people change their attitude. What? Shortcomings? That is impossible!

Some are embarrassed and would like to talk about something else, some minimize them and some apologize for them!

By acting this way, they deprive themselves of a formidable reservoir of opportunities designed to change their life and improve. These shortcomings should not be rejected. Instead, they should be used.

Forge ahead in life thanks to your shortcomings!

Everybody has shortcomings, and that is a good thing! Just like a bird that needs both wings to fly, human beings need to rely on their qualities and shortcomings to progress and be successful.

They are indispensable! Doing without the potential of our shortcomings would amount to hoping that a bird may fly with just one wing!

It is important to know that but there is more: we need to make good use of our qualities but also of our shortcomings. I will not expand on qualities because it is easy. You just need to not overestimate them to take full advantage of them.

As for shortcomings, consider them with interest and do not reject them. They always reveal something important. Turn them into friends ready to help you and not enemies standing in your way.

Use your shortcomings to progress, either by doing the opposite of your shortcomings or by making sure you do not let them dominate you.

Entrepreneurial Lessons from India’s Most Iconic Captain | Santosh Bakliwal | Pulse | LinkedIn

M S Dhoni is one of the most iconic captain that Indian Cricket has ever seen. For a man hailing from a humble background, conquering the world seems like a fairy tale. But there is a lot more behind the scenes of a man who inspired a common man to dream. A journey which started from being a ticket collector to India’s most successful captain is something every entrepreneur should try to imitate.

Dhoni’s unparalleled success in a short span of time has been accomplished by being fearless in tough times. He has always delivered for the nation when it has mattered the most. His leadership qualities have won India three ICC trophies which in itself is a dream for any player leading the side. There is much to learn for leading entrepreneurs and managers. Here are some important lessons from M S Dhoni’s success as a leader.

1. Try Till You Die

Building a business is like playing in unknown territories. One has to be involved in every aspect of the business. Mahendra Singh Dhoni didn’t dwell down on successive test failures in England and Australia. He led India to a tri-series triumph in Australia. He treats each game a new one and with it comes a new challenge. Keeping a similar attitude could greatly help startup founders and leaders to achieve the desired results.

2. Keep Calm Under Adverse Situations

MSD is bestowed upon with “Captain Cool” by the cricket fraternity as he remains calm and composed even when things are not going his way. Very few have the ability to control the outburst of the emotions during tough periods. We rarely see him antagonized by bad deliveries, poor throws from the deep. Every entrepreneur must inculcate his calm and patient approach to deal with worst situations in a business.

3. Lead From The Front

A great leader leads by example. Be it a failure or a success, a leader takes the full responsibility. A captain has to play a huge role in a sport like Cricket and MSD has always been at the forefront. The skipper is the man behind all the strategies, team combinations and decisions. Batting up the order in 2011 World Cup Final was one such move which showcased his leadership style and ability to take responsibility when his team needed the most. The same holds true for an entrepreneur as his leadership style decides the fate of the budding organization.

4. Bring the Best Out of Your Team

MSD has been one of the few leaders who understand the strengths and weaknesses of every individual of the team. Choosing Joginder Sharma to bowl the last over of a T20I final showcased his belief in a young individual and this belief took the best out of the bowler in the crunch moment. This won India their first T20I World Cup. Right person for the right job has been Dhoni’s philosophy that every manager or company owner must follow to get best talent within the team.

5. Humbleness, Modesty and Humaneness

Above all those accomplishments as a leader and a player, there have been these innate traits that have earned Mahendra Singh Dhoni a name for himself. Seeing every success that a cricketer aspires to, he never got carried away with success. He hands over the winning trophy to his team mates which is his gratitude towards the contribution of every team member. Tell your team that the success that the company has achieved wouldn’t have been possible without them.

6. Be Yourself!

MSD has been the most unorthodox cricketer that India has ever seen. As a batsman he is not technically sound as Sachin Tendulkar or Rahul Dravid and neither his wicket keeping style resembles cricketing manuals. He faced severe critics for his batting and keeping styles, but he always believed in his abilities and proved others wrong. As an entrepreneur, believe in your instincts and move ahead fearlessly.

Dhoni’s story has everything to inspire a generation. The numbers speak for the man. Two ICC World Cups, Test No. 1 and Champions Trophy is a rare feat in a captain’s kitty. Take a bow captain! A true servant of Indian Cricket and a true human being.

Life is not built in a Day

Taking a look at the past may influence your current life and even define the outline of your future. How is it possible? Let’s use a simple analogy.

The man and his house

A man is like a house that is being built step by step during a lifetime. Just like a house, he needs strong foundations. When they are strong, the walls can be built before the roof is constructed!

Constructing the roof before the walls or building walls on shaky foundations would not occur to anyone.

There is a time and place for everything…

The same goes for human beings. They need to shape their personality step by step and take things in the right order to avoid crumbling down someday, to know who they are, what their personality is and experience success and happiness.

The building of the foundations of a house can be compared to the shaping of a child’s personality. The construction of the walls corresponds to the consolidation of the character and the installation of the roof corresponds to the time when the age of reason is reached.

Once all the construction steps have been carried out, the state of the house needs to be regularly checked to make sure everything is in order, nothing is damaged and nothing is threatening to collapse.

Also, when someone has reached maturity, they need to use the experience they acquired during their childhood and adolescence to consolidate their life as an adult and serenely grow old!

A logical continuation: the past, the present and the future

As a result, a Man needs to use his past to build his present and foresee the future under the best conditions.

The events and hardships of the past and must be remembered so that the same mistakes are not made again because they will only lead to the same deadlocks. Ordeals are there to help you progress if you can learn lessons from them.

It is important to turn the past into the foundations of your life in order to build your personal house: your life. You always need to forge ahead.

Take advantage of the experience you acquired to avoid making the same mistakes and make use you of what you learned in the past to turn them to your advantage.
